This store has been around since before I was born. My father used to go there when he was a teen.
Over 300 algae encrusted tanks of cichlids. If you like the sterile look of a big-box chain, you are not going to like this dark, steaming hot store. If you like total chaos, try shopping on a day when they have 50 boxes of fish being unpacked throughout the store.
They are the only store I know of that can still rebuild an air pump or fix a florescent light fixture ballast. Lots of used equipment and tanks for sale.
Always a few rare cichlids that I am forced to go home and look up information about.
