I was on a regular basis not given a store credit on fish that I re-homed. When questioned the financial issues I observed, I was lead to feel as if I was in the wrong for even inquiring about the funds. I was under the impression that was owed to me. I was given erroneous information that caused me to loose a considerable amount of money due to death and incapability with the size of my tank as well a the fish themselves. The only thing good I have to say, is the store display tanks are beautiful.

Sold frags to them and got screwed over on the price. After arriving home I figured it out and called the store. The owner backed his manager on the deal so left me hanging. While I was in there I bought a copperband butterly that looked ok in the store but quickly died from ick in my quarentine tank. I stood around for a very long time like 45 minutes waiting to be helped but the girl working was to busy unpacking a fish order and never said a word to me. The manager finally pulled himself away from labeling up front and started to help me but felt another customer was more important so dropped what he was helping me with to take care of them. I finally asked the girl for help and she acted irritated. The owner sat in his office the whole time!!!! Fairly new store but do not see staying open long with customer service like that. Other times I have been in there were negative also. Arrogant people! Aqua Pets and Fish Freaks are better stores.

New staff is great. I got awesome fish at a great price with lots of help and advise. They were running 40 percent off to move fish so they could get new and different stock. It was a 2.5 hour drive home and all of the fish I bought made it home and look great.

Thanks again for all the help.
