I’ve been buying my fish needs here for years , never had I ever returned a fish. They require a water sample and mine they said was slightly off, they would not return the 10$ fish. They only offered 30% off the next fish., BS, They have anyone with salt water tanks over a barrel since they are the only store in town for salt water. PETS SMART has a 14day return policy on their fish, I highly recommend going to pet smart. I will never step foot in this store again. Costumer service ZERO.
