What a great pet fish store! Had a wonderful time there, and the store owner, Cory was very informative with all the questions I asked him. Fish selection is really extensive, and he’s still planning on extending! The moment you walk into the store, you will see the vast display of tanks he has set up and there’s a smaller section that contains live plants, along with a great selection of dry goods and fish foods. Prices are only SLIGHTLY higher than your typical Petco/Petsmart prices, but for what you’re definitely paying top quality fish, which you won’t find in most pet stores. I could easily spend hours upon hours, just looking at all the fish, and talking about fish. As a fish hobbyist, I would definitely recommend visiting this place if you’re in the area. If you’re catching a ferry and have time to kill, head on over to Aquarium Co-Op! I always stop by whenever I visit my parents up in South Everett. It’s almost a sure thing for me, to see what he has in stock, and I almost usually come out with a new fish or even several new fish :)

FANTASTIC aquarium store! I have been an aquarist for many years. Currently Imaintain planted tanks, and breed betta fish for international competition. I also keep and breed wild bettas for species conservation. I have been to MANY aquarium stores throughout the years, and am now located in San Francisco, CA, but the Aquarium Co-Op run by Cory really takes the cake. His fish are happy, healthy, locally-sourced, and sometimes very rare and exotic. This place is as good as it gets! It was wonderful to talk fish with Cory. He really knows his stuff!

I took video of Hank the Mbu Puffer slurping up some clams. If anything, you should visit just to see Hank in action!
